Restoration and Renovation: Act II

The demolition in front of the lobby is 75% complete. Interior demolition of the lobby area, removal of the ceiling, floor and ramp will continue over the next two weeks. Electricians are on-site installing conduit in the balcony and attic areas. Pittsburgh Stage will begin removing the rigging at the end of the month.

Demolition: Act I

March-Westin is currently demolishing the existing stairwell off the exterior of the theater. Interior demolition is well underway as well; walls are currently being removed in preparation for installation of new lobby, all seating has been removed and work has begun in the basement.
