Construction Update - Interior Work Continues with Some New Exterior Additions

Installation of steel structure for front blade sign is approximately 25% complete. Drywall installation throughout the facility is 80% complete. Installation of wall and floor tiles in the first and second floor bathrooms is approximately 95% complete. The stage walls and fly loft/ceiling grid is approximately 80% painted, including the grid iron and roof structure. The loading dock garage door has been installed. Electrical, mechanical, and security equipment is arriving/installed daily. The historic film projectors have been removed from the projection booth in preparation for a new high definition projector and new spotlights.
