West Side Addition Now Rising Above Foundation

March-Westin is now adding structural steel for the second story of the west side addition which will house the green rooms, dressing rooms as well as additional space for the theater.

Although this building is brand new, it will complement the existing structure by blending in with the original architectural details.

Substantial cleaning to the front face of the building has been taking place along with protection of existing terra cotta elements. Ductwork throughout the building is approximately 95% complete.
