Congressman McKinley Tours Robinson Grand Performing Arts Center


City Manager Martin Howe, Assistant City Manager Anthony Bellotte and March Westin Vice President Matthew Bourne led Congressman McKinley on a tour of the Robinson Grand Performing Arts Center on Wednesday, October 18, 2017.

City officials provided the Congressman with an overview of the project as well as the financing of the project which includes utilization of New Market Tax Credits (NMTC), Historical Tax Credits (State and Federal) and traditional financing with MVB Bank and the USDA.

Congressman McKinley was presented with the resolution supporting the Federal Historic Tax Credit Program which council passed October 5, 2017.
