Construction Update - Interior Work Continues with Some New Exterior Additions

Installation of steel structure for front blade sign is approximately 25% complete.

  • Drywall installation throughout the facility is 80% complete.

  • Installation of wall and floor tiles in the first and second floor bathrooms is approximately 95% complete.

  • The stage walls and fly loft/ceiling grid is approximately 80% painted, including the grid iron and roof structure.

  • The loading dock garage door has been installed.

  • Electrical, mechanical, and security equipment is arriving/installed daily.

  • The historic film projectors have been removed from the projection booth in preparation for a new high definition projector and new spotlights. The historic projectors will be on display for all patrons to view.

  • Drywall is currently being installed on the Ballroom's iconic arched ceiling.

  • Poster display windows are beginning to take shape along West Pike Street.
