Operations Manager
Position Summary
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing/leading the facility operations. This includes all technical aspects (lighting, audio, video, etc.), upkeep and maintenance of the theater’s electrical/mechanical equipment, concession services, and related vendors. The Operations Manager will be responsible to understand and utilize these systems to execute daily activities for a wide range of events. They will lead a team of part-time staff, 3rd party vendors, and volunteers to achieve the desired goals of guest satisfaction, seamless equipment operation, quality upkeep of the facility, and constant training/development of staff.
It is preferred that the applicant has a bachelors degree from a 4-year college or university. They must have spent 3+ years in a similar management position. Prior experience must include theater or live event production, along with managing teams of 5-10. Prior experience with concession or F&B management is preferred. The successful applicant will be subject to complete a personal background check.
