Accessibility

The Robinson Grand Performing Arts Center believes the arts are for all. We strive to make sure our lobbies, restrooms, performance hall, historic ballroom, and Educational Center are welcoming, accessible, and inclusive for audiences of all abilities.

All spaces in the Robinson Grand are accessible and include a variety of features to enhance your experience. Doorpersons, greeters, ushers, and team members are available for assistance at every performance. To request accommodations for your experience at the Robinson Grand, please call 304-624-1500 (Ext 4).

  •  Wheelchair Seating: For wheelchair seating, please notify Guest Services when purchasing tickets. Wheelchair seating is available on the main floor level and rear balcony level of the performance hall. Elevators are available for guests. Tickets can be purchased online, via the Call Center (1-855-773-6283), or in-person at the Box Office.

  • Parking and Drop-Off: There is a loading/unloading lane directly in front of the theater that can be utilized for drop-off or pick-up services. Parking is available very close to the theatre. Please visit the Parking page for several options.

  • Service Animals: Registered service animals are welcome at the Robinson Grand. If you intend to bring a service animal to a performance, please notify your ticket representative at the time of purchase so that an aisle seat may be reserved for you.

  • Accessible Restrooms: Though all of our restrooms are accessible with ample space, we also have two private family restrooms on-site (2nd-floor ballroom and 3rd-floor lobby) that are often requested by patrons in a wheelchair or with a young family.

  • Elevators: There are two elevators on-site that enable all four floors of our facility to be accessible to all patrons.
